Dileep J, a 31-year-old young man, met with a devastating road traffic accident (RTA) that left him with severe trauma to his left brachial plexus. This injury has led to complete motor loss (0/5) and sensory loss across multiple nerve levels (C5 to T1), affecting his ability to use his arm and shoulder. MRI and CT reports reveal extensive damage, including thickened nerve trunks, fluid accumulation, and edema in both superficial and deep tissues of the neck and chest.
Despite the severity, his spinal cord remains intact, giving hope for recovery if prompt medical intervention is provided. Doctors have recommended further treatment and a follow-up scan after three months to assess nerve healing and potential for surgical repair or advanced therapy.
Dileep comes from a financially strained background and cannot afford the high medical expenses involved in managing this complex injury. The cost includes ongoing diagnostics, rehabilitation, possible surgery, and long-term physiotherapy.
We at Rohi Foundation are committed to ensuring that financial hardship doesn’t stand in the way of Dileep’s healing and dignity. Your contribution can give him a second chance at life and function.
Let’s come together to support Dileep's recovery and help him regain the use of his arm. Every donation counts.
